There is a minimum 6 person, two-night stay.
The rate is $40.00 per person, per night. An additional state and county 11% occupancy tax will be added for a total charge of $44.40 per person, per night. Check in time is 12:00 noon and Check out time is 12:00 noon.
A $150.00 non-refundable deposit along with signed rental agreement is required to make your reservation, with the balance of the total payment due 30 days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before scheduled arrival date, the full payment is due to secure your dates. In the event of cancellation: prior to 60 days before arrival, you will forfeit only the deposit. After 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit the full payment unless a replacement group is found. NSF checks incur a $35.00 fee.
Food is not provided. We have a fully equipped kitchen that includes Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans to make your own meals, or there are many places to eat in the area. We provide a book at the retreat that lists restaurants, food stores, and shopping in the area!
We are a smoke-free Retreat, and sorry, we can’t accommodate pets.
